North East Social Enterprise adds Mental Health First Aid Training to their training portfolio
AMF member, Impeller Assurance & Resilience, a provider of fire safety services and training based in Sunderland have now added Workplace Mental Health First Aid Training to their extensive training portfolio.
Impeller, which is the commercial partner of the Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue Service, delivers compliance services and training to private and public organisations throughout the UK, as a social enterprise their profits are donated to fire safety projects throughout the Tyne & Wear area.
The new training course, which is accredited by Mental Health England and delivered by a Mental Health England accredited instructor is carried out over 2 days, it takes place through a mix of group activities, presentations and group discussions and is designed to give the delegates a deeper understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect people’s wellbeing.
