Join us for our second Wellness at Work Webinar with wellbeing specialist Bethany Ainsley from OptiMe.
The event is the second of three wellness webinars open to employers and employees. This webinar will focus on mindfulness and will help attendees learn the science behind mindfulness; how it works and the benefits it can bring for health, wellbeing and productivity.
Attendees will learn how to implement mindfulness techniques into everyday life and use these techniques to manage difficulties and challenges.

Self-Confidence for Success

This workshop will help attendees identify their key strengths and the effects low confidence and self esteem can have on day to day activities. Through this workshop attendees will learn how to start building confidence, learn to embrace risk and understand why it’s important to step out of their comfort zone. Attendees will come away with actionable tasks to continue improving confidence and a toolkit for when confidence levels are low.
