The Process Improvement Group was launched with the aim of providing advice and tactics to improve productivity through performance improvement. The events are delivered by our Preferred Supplier Partner, Spitfire Consulting.
Drawing on the expertise of industry professionals this group offers practical solutions for businesses to reduce costs, increase productivity, enhance quality and improve service offerings. The Process Improvement Group will help improve members’ processes, through utilising the skills and experience of the collaborating companies.
Each session offers the chance to network with fellow industry professionals, as well as tips and tasks for members to take away to review and implement within their own businesses.
