Process Improvement Forum

Performance and Continuous Improvement with Spitfire

Date: Thursday 8 July 2021

Time: 13:00 – 14:30

Join us for our latest virtual Process Improvement Forum to learn how to empower your staff to deliver continuous improvement and performance.

Is your level of Business Performance the best it could be?

We firmly believe that when people develop solutions themselves, they own the solutions and this is key for sustainability.

In order to create a high-performance culture, it is essential that people can see the results of their efforts. This is fundamental to their motivation for continuous improvement. When people get regular feedback on how they are performing it stimulates innovative thinking and experimentation which enables continued learning and growth.

Join us for this interactive session with Kevin Jones, Partner at Spitfire and find out how you can implement some simple ideas with your team, and perhaps identify more complex areas for improvement that you need to explore.

Delivered via an interactive, fun, workshop with hands-on exercises (virtual at the moment), and group activities, you will come away from this session equipped with skills to take back to your workplace.

The session will last around 1-hour and is aimed at strategic level decisions makers within your organisation. We encourage teams from the same company to take part and contribute so please feel free to invite appropriate colleagues to the session.

The webinar link for this event will be sent on the day of the event to all registered attendees.
