AMF WOMEN & POW Roundtable at Rolls Royce – INVITE ONLY
Taking place on Monday 2 February 2026 at Rolls‑Royce, Washington, this invitation-only roundtable forms part of the Advanced Manufacturing Forum (AMF) WOMEN initiative, delivered in partnership with Power of Women.
Hosted by Dr Caroline Theobald CBE, the session will bring together senior industry leaders to continue the conversation on practical, real-world ways to engage, develop and retain more women across engineering and manufacturing.
The morning will feature a facilitated roundtable discussion, a site tour of Rolls-Royce, and light refreshments.
