AMF Webinar – Standardised Working in Covid-19: Ventilator Challenge UK

Join us for another informative and engaging AMF Webinar, this time delivered by our partner, Spitfire Consultancy.

Spitfire has been supporting the Ventilator UK Challenge over the last few months to help the NHS through the Covid-19 pandemic. Spitfire was approached by one of the major consortiums to assist with the establishment of a new ‘pop-up’ production line, and to provide training of operators who may be unfamiliar with the product. This support has extended to general manufacturing as the ramp up from 8 units per week to circa 1000 involved the use of volunteers from all sectors and professions as part of this ground breaking initiative.

At this webinar, you can hear how Spitfire Consultancy has helped establish standard operations, both written and virtual (via Visual Manual Technology) to be used by trainers, trainees and operators.

To minimise the time away from your business and day to day activities, the session will last approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour with Q&A. We anticipate running follow up events to all of the webinars we host should there be demand.
