Leadership and Communication During Covid-19

Date: Tuesday 14 April 2020

Time: 14:00 – 15:00

AMF partner Spitfire will be delivering an insightful webinar session focusing on effective leadership and communication when making changes in the workplace during the Covid-19 pandemic.

About this Webinar

As business leaders, we are the pioneers when it comes to making improvements in the workplace. Working with people in the context of these changes during Covid-19 is often where the real leadership challenges occur. Excellent leadership skills and frequent, clear communication are the tools needed to deal with and overcome such challenges.

Specialising in improving business performance through a unique combination of skills and expertise, Spitfire provides expert management consulting, training and coaching to clients worldwide, and delivers measurable and sustainable results using advanced lean expertise, leadership and thinking.

In this 30-minute webinar, Spitfire will present a useful model which aims to make this leadership process more consistently successful and will explain how it can be applied during the Covid-19 pandemic period.

To minimise the time away from your business and day to day activities, the session will last approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour with Q&A encouraged throughout. We anticipate running follow up events to all of the webinars we host should there be demand.

We will send registration details and log-in information for the webinar after you book to attend via Eventbrite. Please note you may be asked to register to access the webinar tool, so please allow 5-10 minutes before the start time to allow for this.

To register for this event, please visit the Eventbrite page here.
