AMF partner Spitfire will be delivering an insightful webinar session focusing on effective leadership and communication when making changes in the workplace during the Covid-19 pandemic.

About this Webinar

Excellent leadership skills and frequent, clear communication are the tools needed to deal with and overcome such challenges.

In this 30-minute webinar, Spitfire will present a useful model which aims to make this leadership process more consistently successful and will explain how it can be applied during the Covid-19 pandemic period.

To minimise the time away from your business and day to day activities, the session will last approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour with Q&A encouraged throughout. We anticipate running follow up events to all of the webinars we host should there be demand.
