Process Improvement Forum

AMF Process Improvement Forum – Recruitment to Retirement, Journey of an Employee

Process Improvement can be applied to all areas of a business and we know now more than ever how difficult and important it is to attract and retain the right talent for your company.

How can you improve your recruitment processes to help make sure you are employing the right people?

How do you assess the skills of the people for the role you are recruiting for?

How do you assess the skills and continuous improvement of your current workforce to keep them skilled, and feeling like valued members of the team and also to make sure they are working in the right role for their current skill set?

Delivered by our Process Improvement partners, Spitfire, you will learn to assess your current processes, think about ways to improve, and share best practices with your fellow AMF members.

We will also be joined by AMF Partners from Azets, and Lloyds Banking Group to talk about some of the perks you can offer to staff to help with retention, and recruitment, as well as some of the steps you can help your employees take toward their retirement goals.
