See first-hand examples of process improvement being adopted and Industry 4.0 based technologies at work. Learn how all of this can lead to higher quality and efficiency, at these free-of-charge practical workshops with live demonstrations.

The Lean Workshop Group invites you to a free seminar to experience the application of Lean Principles via an interactive workshop utilising our unique Lean Manufacturing and Training installations and how these align with the very latest Industry 4.0 thinking.

A consortium of eight of the most innovative suppliers to the manufacturing sector makes up The Lean Workshop Group: Bosch Rexroth, Spitfire, SICK UK, Orgatex, Bosch Power Tools, Visual Management Technology, WERMA, Signaltechnik, and K. Hartwall.

The Group has created a series of demonstration installations for the seminars which will explain how Lean Manufacturing & Training is implemented, and how they are compliant with Industry 4.0 principles. The event will demonstrate how it can help companies to improve their efficiency, competitive position, and profitability.

The event will run from 10 am – 3 pm, lunch is provided free of charge.
