Join the AMF Process Improvement Group for an engaging and practical morning focused on real-world approaches to continuous improvement.

We’ll be visiting Company X in Newcastle to hear about their ongoing improvement journey, including insights from their Continuous Improvement Apprentices, who will showcase projects they’ve completed as part of their Level 2 qualification.

You’ll also have the chance to explore a current operational issue that the team is preparing to tackle – offering an opportunity to contribute ideas and potentially influence a future improvement project.

Following the presentations, we’ll head to the factory floor for a guided tour to see these improvements brought to life.
