Visual Performance Management – Learn to See How Your Organisation is Performing ‘At a Glance’

Join us for our AMF Process Improvement Group, where we will be looking at – Visual Performance Management.

Visual Performance Management (VPM) utilises practices where visual techniques are used to offer timely information to employees about the performance of processes.

The Process Improvement Group was launched with the aim of providing advice and tactics to improve productivity through performance improvement. The events are delivered by our Preferred Supplier Partner, Spitfire Consulting.

Drawing on the expertise of industry professionals this group offers practical solutions for businesses to reduce costs, increase productivity, enhance quality and improve service offerings. The Process Improvement Group will help improve members’ processes, through utilising the skills and experience on offer..

Each event includes a networking session, as well as tips and tasks for members to take away to review and implement within their own businesses.

Outline Agenda:

08:30 – 08:50: Registration, networking & breakfast

08:50 – 09:00: Introduction to workshop and topic

09:00 – 09:30: What is Visual Performance Management?

09:30 – 09:45: Case Study from member company on “how they have utilised VPM”

09:45 – 10:15: Interactive session – workshop

10:15 – 10:30: Summary, tasks to take away and request for volunteers

10:30: Close
