AMF Process Improvement at Ebac: Live Problem-Solving Workshop

See a real manufacturing challenge at Ebac, then work with fellow professionals to develop practical improvement ideas.

What happens when manufacturers bring their experience together to tackle a genuine, live operational challenge?

Join the Advanced Manufacturing Forum at Ebac for a practical Process Improvement workshop with a difference.

Rather than discussing a theoretical case study, Ebac will introduce attendees to a real issue currently being experienced within its operation. The group will then go onto the shop floor to see a live demonstration of the problem and understand how it affects the process in practice.

Following the demonstration, attendees will work together in an interactive problem-solving session to explore the issue, share their experience and consider:

The session is designed to encourage open discussion, fresh thinking and practical knowledge exchange between people working across manufacturing, engineering and operational improvement.

Ebac will benefit from the collective experience in the room, while attendees will have the opportunity to test their problem-solving skills against a genuine manufacturing challenge—not a polished case study where the answer is already known.
