AMF HR & Wellbeing Forum

Our next HR meeting will be focusing on Pay Reviews, Internal Comms, Culture, and Workplace Poverty.

Port of Tyne has recently undergone a pay review and will talk us through the process, the issues that may have arisen, and the outcome.

We will also be joined by Helen Svensson, HR Director at Bazaar Group, to talk about Culture and comms.

Society Matters will also give us an update on their workplace poverty support.

Join us for an insightful session, delivered by HR professionals and experts from Ward Hadaway Law Firm and Zenith People. Tailored for professionals with HR responsibilities, this event brings together a community of specialists to share knowledge, and best practices, and discuss the practical implications of these changes on recruitment. Gain valuable insights and strategies to navigate the evolving HR landscape.

These regular meetings give you the chance to mix with your HR colleagues from other companies, learn from each other, and gain industry insights and legal updates via the fantastic HR department at Ward Hadaway as well as other invited guests who can offer their expertise to the group.

We invite you to join this discussion, share the challenges you are facing and together explore how those challenges can be overcome.,
