 Alan Metcalfe of Zenith People and Rachael McCartney of Ward Hadaway will be joined by HR Consultant, Lynn Scope to talk about the challenges businesses are facing with recruitment of the right staff and then retaining them.

 

Lynn Scope

Lynn is an experienced HR Consultant who has been providing commercially focused HR advice to a wide range of businesses for over 20 years.

 

Alan Metcalfe

Alan is Commercial Director of recruitment company Zenith People and Zenith Training and works with and advises many of the North East’s leading manufacturing companies whether global organisations or SMEs, carrying out large recruitment drives as well as advising on HR, skills, and training issues common to a lot of manufacturing businesses.

 

Rachael McCartney

Rachael is an experienced employment lawyer who advises a large number of SMEs on day to day employment matters.
