Double Promotions at E-Max Systems

E-Max Systems has announced that two key staff members, Fraser Walker and Fred Okwute, have recently been promoted to Technical Support Manager and ERP Projects Manager respectively. Both new roles have been created after an internal operational review within E-Max and are a further indicator of the company’s commitment to its customers and their growth.

In his new role, Walker will manage E-Max’s technical support team and will also take on responsibility for technical support for customers who have recently implemented E-Max’s ERP or MRP software. “The first few months after a customer goes live with E-Max is generally the time when they need most support from E-Max. Every company has different processes and because our software handles these unique processes and working practices, new questions often arise. We are committed to providing our customers with a quick resolution to these so they can benefit from the power of E-Max’s software in the shortest possible time.” Walker said.

Walker joined E-Max Systems in June 2014 as a trainee developer, before moving into the role of Solution Implementation Consultant in June 2018.

E-Max Systems Managing Director, Emilio Fazzi, said “During his time with E-Max, Fraser has gained an excellent understanding of the capability of E-Max software and the process of customer implementations. The knowledge and experience he is bringing to this new role will truly benefit our customers at the point they most require it.”

Okwute’s new role as ERP Projects Manager gives him the responsibility of managing E-Max’s resources across the delivery of implementations to new customers. “We usually have several implementation projects underway at any point in time and it is vital that we allocate our resources across these as effectively as possible. Bringing all of our implementation team together into one area means that we can optimise the management of these to ensure our customers have a great implementation experience.”

Okwute brings with him over 10 years’ experience of engineering and project management and, prior to joining E-Max Systems, held the position of Supply Chain Development Manager for a leading UK engineering firm. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering & Industrial Management.

Fazzi noted, “Since joining E-Max a year ago, Fred has provided a high level of support to multiple new customers. His previous experience in process improvement and project management combined with his enthusiasm and customer focus will ensure our customers experience the best possible implementation journey.”

Fazzi continued, “One of our key principles at E-Max is to provide software that will enable our customers to become more efficient and facilitate the growth of their businesses. It is important that we as a company also continually review and develop our processes so that we can provide our customers with quality software and support. We are confident that, with the appointments of Fred and Fraser to ERP Projects Manager and Technical Support Manager, we have strengthened our ability to support our customers, ensuring that both E-Max and our customers can continue to enjoy managed growth.”
