Following the momentum from our August launch of WOMEN in Manufacturing & Engineering, this practical session tackles a challenge many professionals recognise: imposter syndrome.Led by Bethany Ainsley, CEO of OptiMe, the workshop shares evidence-based strategies to help you recognise and challenge imposter thoughts — so you can speak up, lead, and progress with confidence.
