AMF Breakfast – Mental Health & Manufacturing – Let’s Torque about it!

Join us for a breakfast meeting and talk about mental health in manufacturing.

‘Let’s Torque about it’ will be a series of events around mental health and the support you can access to assist your staff with their mental well-being, and where necessary crisis situations.

We know how important your staff’s welfare is to a happy, content, and productive workforce. These sessions will offer practical support, sign-posting advice, and tips on the things to look out for.

We want you to share your best practice and knowledge with each other on what you are currently doing, as well as hear from professionals in HR, Mental Health, and other well-being services.

Agenda:

0830 – Arrival, breakfast, intro from AMF

0845 – Mental Health in Manufacturing

0930 – Roundtable peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and best practice

1015 – Takeaways from the session/round-up

1030 – Close

Everything discussed at the event will be in confidence and not shared outside of the room, unless you are happy for something specific to be shared as a good example.
