Digital Catapult North East Tees Valley (NETV)

Established in 2015, Digital Catapult North East Tees Valley (NETV) is delivered by Sunderland Software City on behalf of the central Digital Catapult, the UK authority on advanced digital technologies. Digital Catapult NETV supports small businesses with adoption and application of immersive technologies; skills development and training opportunities for SMEs, charities and social enterprises across Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland; and sustainability innovation activities.

Digital Catapult NETV provides specialised equipment, industry expertise, collaborative opportunities, and hands-on innovation support from its team of industry experts. It additionally offers fully funded innovation residentials, hackathons, tailored workshops, coaching, informational events, open innovation challenges and horizon scanning.

Digital Catapult NETV also manages PROTO, Digital Catapult’s Immersive Lab in Gateshead and Europe’s first Centre for Emerging Technology.
