A Practical and Psychological Response to Covid-19

Talk Works will be delivering an insightful webinar session focused on taking care in challenging and uncertain times: A practical, psychological response to the challenges that are arising as a result of Covid-19.

About this Event

In recent weeks, and often on a daily basis, our way of life has changed dramatically due to social distancing, re-deployment, remote working or home-schooling.

Without question, these changing circumstances are challenging for us all and we experience the impact of challenge physically, behaviourally, cognitively and emotionally.

For this reason, it is important that we are equipped with practical strategies that enable us to meet our own requirements and those of others during this period of time.

This 30 minute webinar will provide participants with a “tool-kit”, from strategies and sign-posting, to quality accessible resources. It will also discuss how to discover a greater understanding of what we may be experiencing and what we can do to feel safe, and to deal with the uncertainties surrounding us in order to take better care of ourselves and others.

To minimise the time away from your business and day to day activities, the session will last no longer than 45 minutes, which includes the 30 minute webinar plus time for questions and answers. We anticipate running follow up events to all of the webinars we host should there be demand.
